Bacteria Levels in the Air Increase Up to 20x During Treatment

Dental aerosols are dangerous contamination carriers putting both patients and staff at risk of inhaling infectious particles. In a 2007 study, bacteria levels in the air increased up to 20x during treatments. Aerosols spread over 30ft into areas where there was no dental activity.
