The Libra-1 exploration well in permit AC/P41 in the Browse basin, offshore Western Australia, has encountered gas in a series of thick sand packages over a vertical section in excess of 180 m (591 ft) gross, according to Nexus Energy.

Petrojack IV, the fourth deep-drilling offshore jackup rig contracted to the Jurong Shipyard by PetroJack, is on track for deployment offshore Thailand following its completion by the yard.

SBM signs Cossack FPSO contract
SBM Offshore has signed a full scope turnkey supply contract for a disconnectable FPSO for Woodside Energy and the Cossack Wanaea Lambert Hermes (CWLH) Joint Venture.

Aker signs MA-D6 subsea development change order
Aker Installation FP has signed a $235 million change order to an existing contract with Reliance Industries for transportation, installation, and commissioning of the MA-D6 subsea development (Phase 2), including gas export system and production wells.

Keppel scores multiple contracts
Keppel Offshore & Marine has secured $231 million dollars' worth of contracts through its subsidiaries for the conversion of an FSO, the construction of an internal turret, the refurbishment and outfitting of a semisubmersible multi-service vessel as well as the fabrication, installation and integration of topside process modules for an FPSO.
