Solar Skimmers / Critical Oil & Gas Info / Data Retrieval / Wing Unions
Solar-powered groundwater oil skimmer
Monitor remote wells in areas without standard power via new Solar Powered Groundwater Remediation Systems. It comprises PetroXtractor belt oil skimmer equipped with a 12-v dc motor, solar panel, timer, battery, battery box, and control components. It removes up to 12 gph of oil from water and installs in well casings with as small as a 2-in. ID. The oil skimmer elevates skimmed oil 100 ft or more where the wiper blades scrape it from the belt and discharge into an Oil Concentrator.

New wing union sensors for drilling
Two new wing union sensors help optimize drilling. Model 425 sensor offers ±0.1% best fit straight line accuracy. It helps monitor downhole drilling conditions and detects pressure spikes for quicker adjustments and greater control. Model 427 offers a wider aperture design with rounded edges. It allows a seamless flow of more viscous media through the critical sensing area to reduce clogging and buildup plus to provide consistent and accurate pressure measurements.

Shale safeguarding dry disconnect couplings
Kamvalok & Drylok dry disconnect couplings are shale oil and gas safeguards to prevent zero product loss. They prevent routine and accidental disconnects where waste fluids are produced, transferred, and stored. They serve when there’s need to pump completion fluids components to blending units and treater units in fracing preparation. Kamvalok’s poppet action all but eliminates spillage of any residual liquid contained within the transfer line after disconnection. Drylok’s interlocking handle prevents accidental spills in high-pressure fluid-transfer duties and prohibits uncoupling while a valve is open.
